The Walter Kern company is a certified tool and fixture manufacturer from Füssen in the Allgäu region, whose core competence lies in the manufacture of punching and bending tools and the production of all types of industrial components.
The family business was founded in 1973 by Walter Kern and currently employs around 25 people, a size that allows it to handle numerous projects while remaining very flexible and customer-focused.
Maximum production output
Over 45 processing machines are located in two buildings with a total floor space of around 1,800 square meters and are operated by highly qualified skilled workers. With this range of machines, the Walter Kern company covers the entire metal processing process chain. From CNC milling and CNC turning to finishing by wire erosion, sinking erosion and surface and cylindrical grinding, everything takes place under one roof. This process chain is completed by an assembly department for the assembly of punching and bending tools and an in-house design office.

Our management
Managing directors are Christian Sencar (Master precision mechanic, business economist and over 30 years of professional experience), who has been working for the company since 1988,
and since 2024 Tobias Geiger (Dipl.-Kaufmann and over 15 years of professional experience), primarily for the commercial sector.
The company founder Walter Kern continues to actively help in his life's work.
