Our toolmaking

We manufacture complete punching and bending tools, progressive dies, foil cutting tools and Bihler systems from design to assembly. Sampling is also carried out in-house.



We also offer our customers contract manufacturing of components according to drawings. The spectrum ranges from simple machine components to highly complex 5-axis milled parts. We can produce these from a quantity of just 1 piece.

With our Ultrasonic 20 linear milling machine we can machine all types of ceramics, glass and even hard metal on 5 axes. With our diamond-coated milling cutters, very delicate and detailed shapes are still possible .
