Milling
Our milling department is equipped with over 10 milling machines from the brands DMG Mori, Hurco, Spinner and Sauer, including four 5-axis milling machines, with which we achieve the highest levels of precision and flexibility. Even the machining of hardened components is no problem for any of our machines. The machines are programmed using our two HyperMill programming stations, among other things. The heart of the milling shop is our Ultrasonic 20 linear machine, which can even machine ceramics or glass.
Turning
Our turning department has 5 lathes, including two machines with driven tools, of which the "DMG Mori CTX Beta 800 linear" even has a Y-axis to enable off-center machining. This means that components can often be turned without further milling. This saves time and is also very precise. Other manually controlled lathes are available for our trainees, among others.
Wire EDM
Our wire EDM department includes 5 wire EDM machines from AgieCharmilles. With the CUT P 350 and the CUT E 600 we have two very modern and highly precise wire EDM machines of the latest generation. With these, a surface roughness Ra of up to 0.1 µm can be achieved. The machines are programmed via our two PEPS programming stations. There are also two starting hole drilling machines available.
Sinker EDM
Grinding
Our grinding department has over 10 grinding machines from brands such as Studer and Ziersch, including many surface grinding machines, two cylindrical grinding machines and a CNC profile grinding machine as well as a wide range of Diaform grinding machines.
A coordinate measuring machine, an optical measuring machine and a height measuring device are also available.
